Friksta can and will make a collection of comments you drop on this platform in the comment section as our feedback through which we ensure improved service delivery. FRIKSTA images are protected by copyright and use of those images  without a legal permission is tantamount to copyright and infringement punishable by law.

Some images used were from anonymous third party’s public domains and as such anyone who identifies his or her images should write to us on support@friksta.com to reference the source or remove the images as you desire.

Some images shared on this platform can be accessed publicly by other users and other third parties and as such you are advised not to upload incriminating pictures images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

Through the contact form, Friksta will collect personal information about your name, phone and email contacts and social media handles and this will only be used for customer service purposes. Friksta will in no way use your personal data for any purpose outside the activities and concerns of our company.

Kindly note that your cloth is made strictly according to the measurements provided by you, after order confirmation.
Note that we are not liable for any damages whatever, if wrong measurements was provided by you.
We only have concerns if the error is from us.

As an online fashion service provider where customers can transact via the Friksta platform, we accept payments through PayStack.
